Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, used hair accessories are not eligible for return.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment methodwithin 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for items lost during return transit.
