Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
We're committed to getting your lovely accessories to you as quickly as possible.
- All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak sale seasons, processing may take an additional day.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (Pan-India): Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days to metro and major cities.
- Remote/Rural Areas: Please allow 7–10 working days for delivery to remote or less-accessible locations.
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Shipping Charges
- A flat, non-refundable shipping fee of ₹70 applies to all orders below the free shipping threshold.
- We proudly offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders totaling ₹599 or more after all discounts and promotions have been applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional service charge, if applicable.
4. Order Tracking & Communication
- Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp notification containing your courier partner's name and a tracking link,
- Please monitor the tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery status.
- If the tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, please contact us immediately within 24 hours.
